Careers Collective and Vitruvia started life when co-founders Sally Everist and Tina Harrigan-James built a team during the early days of the pandemic to support as many people as possible through positive, proactive career education.

They’ve spent their entire careers helping other people make the most of theirs. Sally as a life coach, entrepreneur and creator of The Good Schools Guide: Careers, Tina as a teacher and head of sixth form, and both as respected careers consultants.  

Harnessing an established network of career educators, consultants, coaches, and mentors, they formed our agile collective of experts, working entirely virtually with schools, businesses, and industry. In just two years, we’ve helped shape, strengthen and develop careers all over the UK.
