Client Case Studies, Vitruvia Human Skills in Action

Case Study 1.‍ ‍How Vitruvia Helped the CITB Inspire the Next Generation of Construction Talent. The CITB commissioned Vitruvia to create a careers programme helping school students explore construction as a future career. We developed interactive digital content designed to inspire young people and build a talent pipeline for the sector.

Case Study 2.‍ ‍Enhancing career and skills development in mainstream and special school settings. Wiltshire County Council commissioned a series of live virtual careers workshops for secondary schools, including bespoke content for SEND settings. Sixteen schools took part, with consistently positive feedback from Careers Leaders and students alike.

Case Study 3. The CEC Wiltshire Hub; Coaching for Careers Leaders. The Careers and Enterprise Company commissioned a pilot coaching programme for Careers Leaders in Swindon and Wiltshire.
